A great course - I really enjoyed the focus on outcomes over outputs. This clear shift from "tasks/activities" to behaviours I believe is key to enabling agility at the organisational level, it also enables autonomy at the team level (how you change that behaviour is left to the team and they are testing hypothesis not defining features), and it places thinking about your customer at the heart of the organisation. Great stuff
